Service Systems Design

    ● Course Description


  • Through the definition of the nature and connotation of service systems, students can understand the planning strategies, design, and operational considerations of service systems to achieve an effective service system and meet the ultimate needs of customers. At the same time, appropriate case analysis of domestic and foreign service systems is also added to the course to enable students to understand the essence of relevant successful implementation cases.
